Lilian brings 15 years of experience in global marketing and communications to her role as director of communications. She represents and amplifies the organization’s mission and brand across multiple channels and is responsible for building and managing its web and social presence, as well as the organization’s strategic communications plan. Lilian works closely with Cintana’s affiliate institutions and Arizona State University, building key relationships and designing processes that ensure successful business growth.
Prior to joining Cintana, Lilian led large marketing and communications initiatives and helped advance brand reputation on local and global scales for universities such as the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Arizona State University and Northern Arizona University. She has managed high-performing creative teams and deployed multifaceted, robust marketing campaigns supporting enrollment management, university marketing, global initiatives and internal communications.
Lilian holds a master’s in Higher and Post-Secondary Education, a bachelor’s in Business Communication and a certificate in International Business from Arizona State University. She is originally from Brazil and has called Scottsdale home for close to 17 years.
