Paul develops Cintana’s strategy in Asia, leading regional business development initiatives, forming new partnerships and managing existing partnerships.
Prior to joining Cintana, Paul was the Senior Director of Business Development (M&A) and Strategic Initiatives for Asia Pacific for Laureate Education. He led the development of growth strategies for the Asia Pacific region and executed on M&A and Divestiture initiatives across the region.
Previously, Paul worked with ASTRO, managing strategic planning, investments and M&A across the South East Asia region, as well as with PwC Advisory, advising clients on corporate recovery and M&A due diligence projects. Throughout his career, Paul has worked extensively in Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore, India, China and Australia. Paul is also a volunteer mentor to university students working on Design Thinking projects. He holds an MBA and Bachelor’s Degree in Business & Management, and is also a CFA Charterholder.
