George Pramadono is Cintana’s Country Lead and institutional liaison for Indonesia. He leads strategy development and execution for the Universitas Esa Unggul (UEU) partnership in collaboration with Cintana subject matter experts.
Before joining Cintana, George was CEO for UMG Idealab a Venture Builder & Venture Capital company focusing on early-stage and deep tech start-ups with 50+ start-ups (2021) in its portfolio across Indonesia, China, Thailand, and Myanmar. He has also held several senior executive positions in several international consulting companies such as managing director at Accenture Indonesia for high tech & telecommunication practice, partner at IBM Consulting and director at PwC Consulting. He has lead transformation and PMO office in PT SMART Tbk, one of the biggest conglomerate in Indonesia and Indosat Ooredoo—the second largest telecommunication operator in Indonesia.
George holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering degree from Delft University of Technology, the Netherlands. He has lived and worked in the Netherlands, Brussels, Stuttgart, Paris as well as in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.
