Ms. Gilbert brings over 15 years of expertise in professional office and special event operations management.  With a track record of strong performance in high-volume and high-pressure environments, Ms. Gilbert skillfully presides over her management and event planning roles including client relations for her colleagues at Cintana Education. 

As the Office Manager, Ms. Gilbert’s well-rounded knowledge represents strong analytical skills with all event planning and office management duties, including Human Resources, training, coaching new employees and creating, documenting, and maintaining company and office policies and processes.  Having held positions in the healthcare, aerospace, technology and higher education fields, Ms. Gilbert’s avid research skills, experience and dedication to team and customer success have led her to numerous opportunities in a myriad of noteworthy projects. 

Ms. Gilbert graduated from the University of Phoenix with a dual degree (BSBAM) in Business and Management.  Originally from the United Kingdom, Ms. Gilbert blends her international background with her professional expertise gained in past roles, to support Executive Leadership Teams and manage the corporate offices for companies such as LifeLock, Northcentral University, Accumen and Aspect Software.
